Loren Roberts

Loren RobertsLoren Roberts is a longtime PGA golfer and current Champions Tour player, with earnings of more than $15 million.

Known for his great putting skills, Roberts won eight PGA tournaments and played for the 1995 U.S. Ryder Cup team and the 1994 and 2000 Presidents Cup teams. He was a co-assistant captain for the 1996 Ryder Cup team.

He also opened the 2006 Champions Tour with three straight victories and has claimed two Senior British Open titles.

Roberts shot a 61 in the final round of the 2006 MasterCard Championship, during which he had 26 birdies and finished 25-under-par.

Roberts hosts a celebrity pro-am that benefits Le Bonheur Children’s Medical Center in Memphis. A resident of Germantown, Tenn., he is in the Tennessee Golf Hall of Fame and the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame.
